About us

Qualifying in 2002, I developed a private practice from home in Littlehampton and at The Natural Health Centre in the town. I improved my skills working at a Hospice, a prestigious Health Resort, an Osteopathic Clinic in London's west end and as part of the council run Adult Education programme.  More clinical experience followed and a range of bespoke workshops for corporate clients with local connections.

Nowdays I continue to work from Littlehampton and also in Chichester where I have developed a growing private practice and can run workshops on or off site.

My background of 20+ years in financial management as part of a large organisation has helped in my own business and produced strengths in my teaching, for example with problems associated with poor posture and stress leading to neck and back pain and related conditions such as anxiety, RSI and IBS.

Personal interests past and present run from smallholding and carriage driving through golf and skiing to gardening and walking.

Generally healthy I suffered for many years with acute migraine attacks and a weak back leaving me with persistent neck problems. This led to my finding the Alexander Technique and my surprise redundancy to training to teach it. More recently I have beaten osteoporosis and now feel in better health than I did in my 30's.

A broad range of knowledge and lifestyle experiences with which to help others.
