The Alexander Technique has been around for 100 years. It is internationally known, mostly in the Music and Theatre worlds but belongs to us all. Interference with our basic natural poise can lead to a degree of unreliability in our perception of what we see, hear and feel, in other words our sensory awareness. With the Alexander Technique you become more aware, learn to understand the basis of co-ordination and how to attend to process. Performers find they can improve stamina, free up spontaneity and manage stage fright. Sports people find they can improve flexibility, timing and efficiency, to be on form more consistently.
